PTIS (Punjab Technical Institutions Sports) is a body of all Govt./Aided/Private Polytechnic colleges offering diploma courses affiliated to Punjab State Board of Technical Education and Industrial Training, Chandigarh.

Mr. Naresh Nagpal ,Additional Director Technical Education ,Punjab is the Patron and Mr. Balkar Singh Sandhu Principal Saraswati Polytechnic College, Bathinda is its President, Mr. Jagsir Singh (Sr. Lect.) of Govt. Polytechnic College Bathinda is its Organizing Secretary, There is an Executive Committee consists of Principal and 3 DPEs from various colleges/ nominated under PTIS rules.

PTIS organizes Games in the month of October , Youth Festivals for girls and boys in February/March , Athletic meet in March/ April and Tech-Fest in April every year
